Main Pulmonary Artery Angiogram
Initially there is a main pulmonary artery angiogram, followed by RVOT measurements, then an aortagram with simultaneous balloon compression testing in shallow RAO, straight lateral, and down the barrel views. Coronary flow is not compromised and there is no aortic insufficiency. Intracardiac echocardiography shows complete cusp deformation.
